COMBINED NARP REGION 9 /TXARP MEETING

Dallas Magnolia Hotel

The combined meeting will be held at the Magnolia Hotel at Commerce & Akard streets in downtown Dallas, on Saturday February 2, 2008. The pre-registration fee is $25.00 and must be received by January 26, 2008. Registration mail-in forms may be printed from the meeting website below. After January 26, the fee is $30 and registration should be made using the Paypal option on the meeting website, or pay at the door.

Registration will start at 8:00am and the meeting will start at 8:45am.

We have a limited block of hotel rooms available at $129 per night, with a reservation cut off date of December 31, 2007. Reservations may be made at (888) 915-1110. Be sure to ask for the NARP Region 9 rate.

Should you need to cancel your reservations, the Magnolia Hotel requires you to cancel by noon of the day before your scheduled arrival to avoid a no-show fee of one night’s lodging plus tax. The hotel offers valet parking at $20.00 per day.

On Friday, February 1, 2008, one day prior to our meeting, Texas Rail Advocates is hosting its South Central Rail Corridor conference, also at the Magnolia Hotel. This conference is separate from the NARP/TXARP meeting and requires a separate registration.
